MIQ Logistics Acquires Retail Logistics Company

Purchase of UK-based The Logistics Corporation Ltd. complements company’s retail supply chain offering.

Overland Park, KS, August 3, 2011–MIQ Logistics today announces the acquisition of The Logistics Corporation Ltd. (TLC). The agreement complements the existing service offering of MIQ Logistics in the UK and Europe by offering customers enhanced end-to-end supply chain solutions, including retail warehousing and fulfillment operations.

Our agreement with TLC allows us to build on our existing strengths in serving retail customers by providing even greater capabilities and experience.”

As part of the agreement, MIQ Logistics adds multiple warehouse locations and retail-oriented dedicated distribution centers to the company’s current locations around the UK.
